Sara Sargent, RN
Owner-Colon Hydrotherapist & IV Infusion Nurse
Sara received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the State Univerisity of New York at Buffalo in 2005. She began her career at South Buffalo Mercy in their Cardiac Telemetry Unit and then moved on to Labor and Delivery, Perinatal Testing, and Maternity. Sara decided to expand her career in 2015 and completed her training to become a Colon Hydrotherapist. Sara opened Southtowns Colon Hydrotherapy in 2016, where she continues to help the community enhance their health and wellness.

Kim Mecca, RN, CNM
Colon Hydrotherapist
A married mother of two, Kim lives in the Buffalo suburbs. In her free time, she enjoys walking her dog, listening to music, and spending time with her family.
As a midwife, I aim to provide compassionate, competent care focused on education and illness prevention. I try to give the people I care for options and work in partnership with them so they can make the best decisions for themselves and their families.

Juli Lazzaro, RN, MSN, CNM, APRN
Nurse Practioner, Hormone Specialist
Juli Lazzaro holds a degree as a registered nurse and Nurse Practitioner with certification in Nurse Midwifery and GYN care and is board-certified as an APRN (Advanced Practice RN). Her educational journey, coupled with years of clinical experience, has equipped her with a comprehensive understanding of the complex interplay between weight, hormones, and overall health.

Melissa Rosner, RN, NNP
Colon Hydrotherapist & IV Infusion Nurse
Melissa is a native of Buffalo with a long standing career here in the area. She started her medical career at South Buffalo Mercy Hospital as a nurse's aide in 1999. She then pursued her formal education at Trocaire College and earned an Associates Degree in Applied Science as a Registered Nurse. Melissa found her niche in the maternal-child setting, spending over 15 years there. Melissa expanded her education and later graduated from Stony Brook University in 2014, receiving a Masters of Science in Neonatology. Presently, Melissa works full time as a Neonatal Nurse Practioner at Oishei Children’s Hospital.

Kellsie Cromwell, RN
IV Infusion Nurse
Kellsie received her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from the University of Rochester in 2017. She has experience working in an outpatient GI Center but has spent most of her career as a nurse in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. Kellsie currently works at Oishei Children’s Hospital, caring for the tiniest patients in Buffalo. After spending a few years living in New York City, Kellsie is excited to be back in the Buffalo area and join this wonderful team!

Denise Perry, RN
IV Infusion Nurse
Denise received her degree from Trocare College in 1998. She started her career in emergency medicine at Millard Gates and South Buffalo Mercy Hospital. She was also a volunteer paramedic for her community for 15 years. She moved on to Labor and Delivery for 10 years and then to pediatrics and GI. After leaving South Buffalo Mercy Hospital in 2018, she worked as a school nurse for Buffalo public schools for 4 years and, more recently, at the Center for Ambulatory Services in the GI unit.

Shannon Jerome, RN
IV Infusion Nurse
While raising three teenage boys, I got my bachelor's degree in business administration in 1998. I worked in Human Resources for a few years before going back to school for my RN at Trocaire.
I started my nursing career at Millard Fillmore Gates Hospital, where I worked in the cardiac cath lab. I took a few years off to raise my boys, and then I started working at a vascular outpatient facility, where I have been for 12 years. I also started working at Buffalo General Hospital in the vascular and interventional radiology procedure labs, where I have been for 5 years.

Aesthetic Injector & Medical Director
Mary Ann Anderson is a board-certified Adult Nurse Practitioner with nearly 20 years of acute care experience. She is currently practicing in intensive care and pursuing a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree. MaryAnn has developed a strong interest in medical aesthetics throughout her career. She has a passion for providing individualized patient care that is unique to her patient's goals and concerns. MaryAnn strives to help her patients not only look good but also feel good about themselves.

Kim Vitez
Certified Reiki Master
I am a mother of three. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology with a minor in Criminal justice. I also have my Cosmetology license and became a certified Reiki Master in December 2015. I aim to provide care based on individualized needs, wants, and concerns. Reiki is a Japanese technique that treats the whole person. It is beneficial for stress reduction and relaxation and promotes healing of mind, body, and spirit.

Eden received her Bachelor of science in Nursing in 2011 from D'Youville College. My career began at South Buffalo Mercy in a Cardiac unit then moved on to NICU and Maternity. She now works as a surgical nurse at Sunrise Surgery Center. In her free time, Eden enjoys watching the Buffalo Bills, spend time with her 2 sons Logan and Lucas, and reading books. As a nurse, she strives to help patients enhance their health and well-being.
